Sable Richter

Callsign: Golden Sable

Commander of the Sternenjäger Corps

Motto: Aus der Asche.

Lore

Sable Richter was born in the final stable year before the Collapse, a cascading global failure that erased governments, crippled infrastructure, and fractured Europe into warlord territories and scavenger states. Her parents, part of an emergency evacuation convoy during the early chaos, were killed in an ambush over dwindling fuel reserves. She survived. She was fourteen.

In the years that followed, Sable moved through the ruins of Central Europe alone, learning quickly that chaos doesn’t disappear, it spreads. Rather than becoming a raider or mercenary, she hunted instability itself. Armed factions that preyed on settlements began disappearing in sectors she passed through. The only mark left behind was a carved red star.

By twenty-two, she gathered former soldiers, engineers, and disciplined survivors who believed order, not power, was the foundation of survival. From that belief, she founded the Sternenjäger Corps—the Star Hunters. Their mission was not conquest, but reclamation: eliminate destabilizing forces, secure infrastructure, and restore controlled trade corridors.

Their emblem, a fractured red star over crossed blades, symbolized rebuilding strength from ruin. Their creed: Aus der Asche. From the ashes.

Sable earned the nickname Golden Sable for the striking contrast of her radiant hair against smoke-dark battlefields, and for the cold precision with which she operates. To civilians, she is the reason safe roads exist again. To warlords, she is a calculated nightmare. To her soldiers, she is disciplined, distant, and unwavering—but never reckless with lives.

She does not seek power for its own sake. She seeks structure. And in a broken world, structure requires someone willing to hunt the chaos.

Golden Sable does not rule the ashes.

She shapes what rises from them.
